Carrie, the owner, and creator of Rustic Taco has over 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Her two passions in life are her family and cooking. Carrie is a self-taught cook, and it is through her family and friends' ongoing support and praises in the kitchen that Carrie's dream to open up a food truck has become a reality.
