CRAFT CHEESEBURGER TACO

Angus beef, craft beer cheese sauce, romaine lettuce, plum tomatoes, red onions, chipotle aioli, sour cream, double wrapped in a hard and soft shell.

MANGO MARGARITA TACO

Chicken thighs slow cooked in a tequila garlic soy sauce, romaine lettuce, mango salsa, cilantrolime crema, and cilantro.

VEGETARIAN “WINO“ TACO

Lettuce, sea salt sweet potato fries, white wine garlic black beans, roasted corn, queso, cilantro lime crema, scallions.

SOBER SPICY SHRIMP TACO

Fried shrimp tossed in a spicy sauce, ginger lettuce mix, chopped honey roasted peanuts, sriracha aioli, cilantro.

ROOTSTOCK PORK TACO

Pork slow cooked in Original Cider from Rootstock Cider and Spirits in Williamson. Ginger lettuce mix, pickled red onions, chipotle aioli, scallions.

DRUNKEN NACHOS

Choice of protein: ground Angus beef, pulled chicken or pork. Beer queso, roasted corn, plum tomatoes, pickled onions, sriracha aioli, sour cream, scallions.
